Mike has over 10 years' experience within the recruitment and technology industries in the U.K., Dubai and California. He started his fledgling career as a junior recruitment consultant in his beloved Manchester (reds fan) before his sense of adventure took him to the Middle East where he spent 4 years leading large recruitment teams within the Oil & Gas Industry. He was headhunted by the fastest growing human capital company based in Los Angeles, successfully launching a new division and implementing a number of technology initiatives as a Senior Vice President.
His thirst for technology leads him to Bold Identities, the global leading digital and brand transformation agency for the recruitment industry launching the U.S. business. His experience from junior recruitment consultant to Co – Founder of Fuze puts him in a unique position to work with employers as they navigate the recruitment technology landscape.
Richard is the original founder of Bold Identities and is responsible for all strategic decisions of both the Fuze and Bold brands.
Richard previously led a specialist recruitment agency and had sole responsibility for all digital and marketing activity, giving him first-hand knowledge of the industry and a deep understanding of the challenges our client's face.
Richard is the Author of "The Talent Magnet", a published book that focuses on recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
Outside of work, Richard is kept extremely busy with his 2-year old son. He’s also a lifelong Manchester United fan - for his sins at the moment!

Tom has over 6 years’ experience leading full-service digital agencies, most recently within the recruitment marketing space. Tom is a full stack web developer by trade and has over 12 years development experience.
Outside of work, Tom is kept busy with his family and 3 children. An avid techno fan, although he’s lucky if he gets out once a year at present!

Greg joins the Fuze team as a Strategic Director bringing with him unique experiences and perspectives in the U.S. Talent Attraction space. Previously leading the recruitment team at Virgin Hyperloop One, he was then selected by sweetgreen to be their Director of Talent Acquisition. He has since founded Elevate Hire to recruit for select companies and act as an advisor.
Greg approaches the opportunities around talent acquisition from a holistic point of view having expert insight into the tech ecosystems of Talent, HR and Marketing teams. Leading recruitment strategies for some of the most respected brands within the U.S., his expert strategic advice is a huge asset to the Fuze team.
Mike has spent the last 24 years living in the US and UK working for multiple global blue-chip organisations, including Stanley Black and Decker, Toshiba, Fujifilm and United Biscuits, with commercial experience spanning six continents.
Most recently, Mike was the Chief Marketing Officer at Stanley Black & Decker, a $14B global diversified industrial company with interests spanning CPG, Healthcare, Oil and Gas, Security and Engineered fastening solutions for the automotive, aerospace and industrial applications. Mike was responsible for the growth of the corporation’s enterprise wide brands, marketing talent and digital transformation across their B2B, B2C and D2C businesses.
Mike left at the beginning of 2020 to start an advisory firm based on a clear need he saw in the market to support dynamic technology solution providers such as FUZE to faster commercialise, integrate and help organisations close the skills gap as a result of an emerging 4th industrial revolution.

Adam has more than 10 years’ experience working in online marketing across a number of industries and countries. He started his career building websites and running marketing campaigns for SMEs before moving to digital marketing agency Summit, where he managed marketing strategies for a number of high-profile, multi-national retailers including Argos, H.Samuel and GAME.
He combined this depth of marketing knowledge with talent attraction to specialise in recruitment marketing when setting up Accent Performance Marketing. Since then has run, managed, strategized digital campaigns for some of the world’s biggest recruitment agencies, considerably growing their KPIs such as applications and inbound job leads, leading to further marketing investment.
